Out of curiosity, I posted in the CD Real Estate forum a poll asking for feedback on digital signing.

It is becoming more and more common to try to go paperless in real estate transactions. So, we have multiple means to execute documents, signing and initialing, via digital means.
I use DocuSign with ZipForm, but there are several other vendors providing digital signing solutions?

Most of my clients like the system, although it may hiccup now and then.
