Colorado New Home Sales and Market update

Colorado Real Estate is improving and New Home builders are selling homes at record pace. Prices have really risen on new homes. Partially do to the fact the Denver metro area did not over built new homes. Our inventories in new and resale homes are at low levels which also contributies to the price increases.
There are still areas in Denver Metro that have short sales and foreclosures keeping prices down in those areas.
Highlands Ranch is booming and in high demand. This community is fabulous with 4 state of the art recreation centers, open space, trails, excellent schools and easy access to main highways.
The mountains are beautiful to see when you drive in Denver. Homes with mountain views are always in demand.
