Osteoarthritis in Lumbar Spine, and Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction

Yesterday I finally got the results of my x-rays and learned that I have degenerative arthritis in my spine and SI joint. Not what I would call good news, but good in that it isn't something terminal, and I've got a good chance at managing the pain. At least I hope so.
I've suffered through the low back, hip, and thigh pain associated with this situation for a very, very long time and it is nice to finally be able to put a name to it. Apparently I need to get back into a gentle exercise routine to strengthen my core (posture is everything!), and resume my stretching routines. I found some initial exercises to start once the inflammation is under control.
I am so glad to finally know what is causing this situation. Now I can address it!
