Today is pretty much like every other day in my life........boring. Don't get me wrong I generally like boring because boring means "drama free" so overall I am good with it.

Keep in mind I have plenty of things I could be doing but here I sit with my coffee, my smokes and the forums. Reading, answering, laughing and at times wondering what in the world some of these humans are thinking when they post the words they do.

So a few examples or observations on my part I guess are in order here since I brought up the topic.

First, are you really that blind, naive, and immature to see clearly that someone you have been with for perhaps years really does not want to be with you until they die? Are you that used to being treated like crap and you are afraid to make a change and wander outside of your comfort zone? Why is it that you get offended when someone posts a reply that you don't want to read? Is it too harsh when it comes to the wording for your liking? If you want something sugar coated go and buy a candy bar and don't post on a public forum.

So now you have been on an interview and it has been about a week since you had said interview. The question is "Should I call the interviewer", well I don't know, SHOULD YOU CALL? How do I know if you should call or not. What exactly did the interviewer tell you about contact after the decision had been made? You were there, You should know, I was NOT there and I Don't know. Time to grow up and figure this one out on your own.

I am going to stop at those two but there are so many more examples I could use however, if you are reading this blog you are more than likely a forum spectator as poster as well so you know what I mean.

The bottom line in life is if YOU do not make these decisions YOURSELF how in the world do you think YOU are going to gain any experience in the way that real life works? YOU cannot mature and grow without experience BUT YOU cannot gain that experience expecting OTHERS to TELL YOU WHAT TO DO. YOU have to OWN your LIFE, YOUR DECISIONS AND YOUR EXPERIENCES before they are actually YOURS. YOU have to make those decisions, make those mistakes, learn from said mistake and move on to the next decision.

Strangers on a public forum cannot make those decisions for you because they are simply that..........STRANGERS. No one on the forum knows you, your situation or anyone else involved in your situation. It is easy for anyone here to read the words as you have written them, take them at face value then make a decision as to what "should" be done. Keep in mind we may have been through a similiar experience and wish to pass along the lessons we learned. That is ONLY a suggestion as to what THEY would do THEMSELVES IF they were in that particular situation AGAIN.

Looking from the outside in and forming an opinion is much like the old saying:
"Hindsight is 20/20". We are "seeing" in your words what you more than likely already KNOW but do NOT want to ADMIT because it hurts to much to actually ADMIT it. A lot of us have already been in these situations and KNOW the level of hurt or can relate to the level of hurt humans can feel when it comes to whatever the actual issue is. Passing on knowledge from experience is MUCH DIFFERENT than actually being part of the experience.

No one can make a decision for you that is the actual RIGHT decision for you. That is something that is NOT KNOWN for sure until said decision is made and carried through with.

If you "feel" things are not right then your feelings are guiding you to the decision you need to make. IF you actually LISTEN to YOUR OWN FEELINGS then YOU will know which is the RIGHT DECISION FOR YOU.

In closing I guess I want to say or ask.....

What experience have you had that you relied on others to make a decision for you that turned out to be the WRONG decision for you? If you felt that you should have done the exact opposite of what you did would it have turned out better for you making your OWN decision?

These are things that no other human on the planet can KNOW about you and your situation.

YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO KNOWS FOR SURE WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make that decision on your own, own it, acknowledge it, accept it and move on. Right or wrong YOU will KNOW that YOU made this decision and YOU can blame NO ONE but YOURSELF for the outcome of YOUR LIFE.
