Shelton Park, Claremont Village

Shelton Park, Claremont

This is a small park that is located in the Claremont village at the corner of Harvard and Bonita Avenue. It has a carved marble statue carved by a local resident that gives it some unique character beyond just being a nice place to bring a sandwich, or smoothie after visiting some of the other restaurants in the Claremont Village.

Nice flow in the carving. Not obvious but rather discovered is always appealing to see. Natural and perfectly imperfect.
