3 artists looking for a space in the South Hills Area

I am one of three artists looking to share a studio space. We are a potter, a printmaker and a blacksmith. The space we are looking for would be somewhere in the area of Carnegie, Dormont, South Hills area (in Pittsburgh PA), have some kind of garage door set up (for our blacksmith), water access and be in the price range of roughly $600 a month ($200 per space). We would be willing to share with others if the opportunity presented itself. Any ideas?
