Moving to Wichita Kansas?

My cousin (25) and I (20) are thinking of moving to Wichita Kansas. I am in Southern Oregon, and she is in Southern California. We are both from Southern California and what you would describe as feminine tom boys. I am very into hiking, camping, swimming, dancing, relaxing by a fire, getting my hair and nails done, etc. I would really like to know others input on life for a early 20's female that likes to go out and have fun just as hard as we work. I plan to finish my schooling to be an ultrasound technician, so I would like to know about the schools in the area as well. Really just about any information on the city would help rite now.
