Please help!I need all the advice I can get!

Ok I have a manager that is hot and cold with me on a monthly basis. If she cant pick on a new girl she will pick on me. I have been there the longest besides her.... I also have the highest customer requests, sales, average unit sale, and I work very hard and I'm by far more loved by coworkers. She picks on me constantly. I'm a very attractive curvy woman and she has made a few comments about my weight ....here are a few. I'm a size 14 for instance she told group of people that I work with she would never "let her self go" by being in the double digits. In a morning meeting the head manager talked about what areas where up and down for sales for the week. Plus size was one that was up. I heard her wisper to a co-worker "way to go heffers." For a staff meeting we all got booster juice she asked to get everyone light cal Except me cuz I dont watch what I eat. She introduced me to her husband as "bacon"!!! WTF?! I have never been told I do a good job( not bragging but I'm the best employee there. Everyone tells me that but her) she is rude to my family when they come to my work. Out of 10 girls I have been there the second longest besides her. I never get the vacation or days off I need. She bashes every customer that leaves the counter. I know she's a mean person and is jealouse that I do the highest sales. I just can't take her picking one and other employees what can I do to make it stop without losing what I love doing. My job. I have taken this crap for 6 years and I need help!
