Anticipatory Anxiety

In retrospect, I have always had anxiety. It seems that every presentation, every social event involving people I've never met, every roller-coaster ride, every psychological horror movie, has causes me to feel anxious. When i had a panic attack in 2010, it seems as though my usual anxious response magnified.
I really just assumed that I had no known trigger. I gave it the label panic attacks, something which was later confirmed by 2 doctors and a therapist. But there were, and have always been triggers. I see them now in retrospect.
Going forward, I want to learn how to get beyond my triggers so that I can be more calm natured. I do believe this can be done.
