12 yr old being stalked by a 15 yr old 6th grader.

Posted 03-14-2012 at 04:48 PM by lady_bug31084

we had a new family move in last summer. they have a boy that has failed 6th grade at least twice. he has a thing for my daughter, but she has told him she doesnt want anything to do with him. he is too old and she is too young to date...he continually rides his bike by our place and sits out front..watching the place...over and over every evening..he sent her a note at school. has friends tell her he loves her and dreams about her..he wants to date her...give me a break..she is 12..he sent her a carnation on valentines day at school..my husband took it to his father and told the boy to leave her alone..dont talk to her , dont send her things, dont have his friends approach her. that very same night, i took the trash out..10pm on a school night..ice on the road, snowing and the wind was howling...there that boy sat, by our trash cans, watching the place...he is always out there. whether its day or night...he lives across the road, down the road aways...no reason for him to be down our way..my daughter won't go out anymore. she wont play basketball...doesnt want us to put the pool up...he just sits on his bike right in front of our place and watches her..even if we are out with her...he can be nowhere to be seen but as soon as she goes out, there he is..our neighbor has seen him watching our place from his window..its creepy...and we dont know what to do...my daughter puts a blanket up to her window and keeps the window locked all the time...

Its time to notify the Police about this situation...

This guy has a fixation on your Daujghter that is totally unhealthy, and you can notify your School, so that the Councelor and Principles can be aware of this situation, and can take some preventative measures.

The young man seriously needs counceling, and, soon, before something detrimental happens and your Daughter sufferes serious injury to her person.

They have stalking laws that can be enforced, since he is watching your house like a hawk, and perches himself neaer your trash cans... The Police can be asked to patrol the area, and when they see this 'nut job', they can take appropriate action.

You can take out a warrant, for harrassment against this young man, and in some States, have a mandate against him to that he can not come with in so many feet of your house, because, you feel he is a danger to you and your family members.

I would seek all the legal ramifications there are, in order to disuade this young man in his love stricken ways, that may end up as a real psyho, and who knows what will happen if he is left 'unchecked'.

    I wish you well..
