SAWS Citation

:think:Fishy! After receiving a citation, I called SAWS and asked them when I violated their “rules”. I was told on a Sunday morning. I told the person at SAWS to check my water usage and he told me it was above normal, this was hard to believe, considering my grass is dead and I do not have grass in my backyard. He advised me to schedule an appointment for a SAWS worker to come by and check for leaks. I replied, “Perfect! Great idea! I want to make an appointment for the next available Sunday.” He told me SAWS is closed on Sunday's (apparently not the Sunday they accused me of watering):crying:. I wouldn’t have a problem paying the fine if my yard was as green as a golf course or even as green as everyone else's yard in my neighborhood. Something doesn’t add up.
FYI, I saw a hooker running from the SAWS truck that caused the biggest fire in the history of San Antonio. That’s why the SAWS truck was idling for such a long time in an empty grass lot. When the worker was spotted, he hit the gas trying to speed off, causing the catalytic converter to spark and catch the grass on fire ;) Shhh, I didn’t say a word.
