Dear Dad
My Daddy high above, as I'm on my knees tonight I know that my mom is praying for me...but why does it feel to me that she is praying for the wrong thing? She is praying because I'm a lesbian,I've dissapointed her,she's ashamed of me...and she wants me to be different...
But Daddy why are You allowing me to be happy if who I am is so wrong to everyone else...? I wish I understood your plan in my life.
Dad all I know is that I trust in You and that if You wanted me to be different You would have created me to be different...wouldn't You??
Daddy I'm happy, truely happy and I can only thank You for that and I pray to You tonight that my mom can see that I'm happy. Shouldn't a mon want to see her child happy? Even if it is not the life she would want me to life...
Daddy all I want is for my mom to love me for who I am, I'm not expecting her to understand nor to aprove, but just to love me...
