What a Wonderful World

Posted 07-08-2008 at 08:31 PM by JoshB

Ahh the music played and sang by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole he has the famous song What a Wonderful World. I listen to this song over and over again. I'm usually a New Age Music kind of guy so this is off the beaten path. The message in this song is so strong. It makes a bad day a good day. Today was humid and hot, and made it miserable to work outside. I came home and listened to this music and fell asleep. So if your having a hard time or bad day play this song. Israel did such a great job painting a picture of peace etc.

I think the song is called "Somewhere over the rainbow"

Unfortunately Israel passed away of obesity related problems.

RIP 1959-1997

This blog is a little different than my standard Wisconsin blog, My mind is in a boggle right now. Can't write for some odd reason.

Hey Josh, I've never heard the version of "It's a wonderful World" sung by the artist you mentioned, but I have to agree with you that it is a great song.
