Does Your Realtor Make Customer Service a Priority?

Do you remember the old days when you sold your home your Realtor came to your home in person to present the Buyers offer? The modern day Realtor sends you the offer by fax or email. Buyers, do you remember when your Realtor searched for homes for you and made suggestions? The modern day Realtor gives you a portal and you do all the work yourself. With Bank sales and Short Sales, a Realtor cannot always provide face to face service like they used to. However, Customer Service should still be a priority. Not answering the telephone is just one of the more popular complaints I hear in the Industry. Home Buying or Home Selling should not be a stressful experience. It should be fun and rewarding and more than you expect it to be. Choosing a Realtor can be a difficult process if you don't have a referral. It's important for you and your Realtor to have a connection, to think alike and have similar values. Your Realtor relationship should be with the intent to build a long lasting relationship with you, your family and friends. You should feel that your needs are the focus. Your Realtor should always listen and follow your lead. Does your Realtor have the expertise you are need?
