Kling bam boom!

I lay here on the couch last night after already having showered. Just all cuddled up on the couch and watching some television. I hear a noise from the shower that sounds strangely familiar.
An empty Bath and Body Works shower gel bottle. It sounds like none other as it has been emptied and its the bottom of the bath tub. mmhmm.
I have to laugh because he is using my stuff... I have been coming out of the shower with the ever so slight hint of HIS body wash....BECAUSE I LIKE IT!
Retaliation! He is stealing my BBW! He walks through the living room past me as I lay on the couch and I catch a whiff. BBW. I chase him into the kitchen and smack his naked bottom for using my BBW. He tells me he thought I wanted him to use all of mine so we could share his..... uh-huh.
We go to bed quite early and in the morning I hear his alarm, set for much earlier than he really needs to get up, so he can snuggle with me.
His hand lays on my bare back and I just lay there. It feels like a million minutes has passed and in unison we roll towards one another as his hand runs through my hair and down my face. He kisses my lips and I am still half asleep.
His grasp around me is tightened and he pulls me in towards him. It feels so good to be in that place of half awake and half asleep and held tight in the warmness of his embrace.
I asked him last night if he was running late for work and he said yes and went on to tell me what happened. Battlestar Galactica happened. I sat here laughing but then a smile came to my face because I remembered waking back up as he kissed me goodbye and seeing what time it was. A good twenty minutes after he was supposed to leave.
...even still.....he made the time to kiss me goodbye and tell me he loved me.
