Christmas Will Come and Go, but, I will be here!

Yeppers, I just got the word this morning that the Doctor (Heart Doctor), set up his replacements for when 'he' is gone this weekend, and he wished me a Happy Christmas Eve LOL

But, like I told my Wife, I would be doing the same thing if I were at home, or in here, playing on my computer all day, mending my troops on Evony, and eating.

But, with this incredible Room Service, (only time "I" can get breakfast in bed ROTFLOL), and the fantastic Staff that this Hospital has, Im treated like Royalty in here!!!
I cant ask for anything more... Since I know my Family will stop in to visit me, and thats all I need, just to know that Im loved .

My Sister in law just stopped by, and, since my Wife was here, they both went out to Tim Hortons for Coffee.. I sure hope they have a Great time and are safe .. All that counts in the World, is to have the love ones that mean so much to me, be safe and have a Great Day, each and every day!

My legs are so shinny, its not a wonder that the Heart Doctor wouldnt let me go...
I really havent 'looked' at them, until when my Wife had to help me put some 'socks on'...(yea, my back isnt the greatest, so, I had to take some pain meds, to walk the hall, to try to get some water moving.. The legs are so 'tight', that they are actually like a Mirror!! You can read a newspaper in the light!! sheesh!

I read some news on the local site for our Town's Newspaper.
It seems that a kid I went to Kindergarten with, to 6th grade has died two days ago!!!
That makes 3 people I outlived, from my grade school. Unfortunately, I have lost touch of everyone else, and dont know thier fate in life, but, I pray that they are having the best time of thier lives, while they 'still' can !!

My 'Sugar' is really going nuts. Been as high as 470, after a good meal in here...(They have this salad they serve, it has just about everything you could want on it. Big as a huge dinner plate, piled high to 3 inches!! YUMMY!!!!). That salad is a whole meal in itself.

Doctor wants me to quit drinking water. Yea, you give me massive doses of Lasix (water pills, but, in soluable form so they shoot it directly into my IV line), and we are talking about mega doses, but, all it does, is take what ever water I drink, but, doesnt take it out of my tissue so far. Because of the lasix, I get 'cotton mouth'.. a dry mouth that so bad, I need to get ice or water in there, sheesh!

Its the diabetes that is kicking in I reckon, but, why the water isnt coming out of tissue, is beyond me. I took a tab of pain med, just so that I can walk up and down the halls, for two rounds, then my back starts tightening up, and I have to sit down, or, my back is going to give me grief for the rest of the night.

I'm leaving it up to the Professionals to figure this one out. Doctor told me to chew bubble gum so that I can make saliva, and not need so much ice and water.. Uh, Ive been chewing bubble gum for months now, and that gets old and doesnt take care of the problem.
Ice and water does. Literally caught in a catch-22 no win situation. So, my Insurance Company is paying for me to room in this expensive suite, and until someone figures out how to get this water out of me, sensibly, I reckon Im staying put for awhile.

Sure want to see what they will be doing for Christmas in here, but, dont want to see what they do for New Years LOL

The guy who attacked my Daughter?????
He called the Sherriff Department, and found out that they had 3 warrants for his arrest.

So, what does he do? He OVERDOSED!!!
What a waste of a human life, if ever I saw that. The guy had a chance to go to jail, get straightened up, and maybe make something out of his life, but, no. He takes his life, leaving behind a Girlfriend, with his 8th month old Daughter!!!
Now that child will grow up and never know her Father. Shame that he couldnt face the World, and strive to make it a better place with him in it, now, there will always be a vacant spot in those lives he left behind.

I told my Daughter, it wasnt her fault that he took his own life. He was a dedicated drunk, sure, but, even an alcoholic can reform and clean up his act, and fly right.

I told her, not to go to that funeral, because your not going to be welcomed, and to have no regrets about it. You were the victim in this. As long as you dont hold any hatred or animosity in your heart, then its all on him.
Now, she has to get over this and leave it behind her...If she needs to talk it out, then we shall pay someone to help her, or, she can come to me and talk it out.

She has started opening a dialouge with me, lately, and, it feels like I have my 'old Daughter' back again!! I dont know how long this is going to last, but, I will enjoy it s much as I am able, and will encourage her to be more open, so that she can start learning to live and share her feelings with us again.

OK, just took my sugar test, 270, after 4 hours since I last ate that huge salad... and orange sherbert ice cream. So, I cant complain too much!!!

OK, lets see if I can post all this with out losing it again...copy, copy, copy and copy to make sure I will have it and not kick myself in the toilet region for being stupid!!! LOL.

OH, the Doctor finally gave me back my sleeping meds!!! I actually got 3 hours of sleep last night. Tonigh, I plan on getting more, because it will have started building up in my system, and thats going to be WONDERFUL... I told him, that this was going to be the third day with out sleep, and I 'will' go nuts...so, he relented, and I get to finally enjoy the simple pleasures of life.. YOUR GETTING ....SLEEEEEEEEEEPPYYYYYYYYY... LOL
