Relocating New Yorker

Want to relocate fron NYC to Katy Texas and wish to buy a home within the 150000-250000 price range. Living in a safe, family oriented community is extremely important to me. Any advice!!

    We moved to Renaissance Park a year ago and LOVE it. The location is great and the community is beautiful - excellent developer - community is fairly new but all amenities are in.
