AARP secure horizons wicked practice

Posted 12-24-2008 at 12:00 PM by KateOcean

I'd like to urge people who are about to subscribe secure horizons membership to
consider my experience. I have joined this
aarp secure horizons and had Bone mass
measurement done. According to their
schedule of Benefits it reads " You pay a
$0 copayment for each bone mass measure-
ment" A few months afterwards, some
medical group sent me a bill. I called this
billing group why I had the bill. And then I
was referred to call Secure Horizons. What
they are telling me was so wicked that I
feel so compelled to post this story. What
they are saying is they did not print out
the coinsurance in the summary of benefits
manual, I have to pay 20% of coinsurance.
