First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit!

Hi Everyone,

So, if you don't already know, our wonderful representatives in congress passed into law this past summer a first time home buyer tax credit. And, as you well know they are really doing a great job of getting the word out. Not really. I feel it is so important that people know what options are out there for people who are considering buying a home. This tax credit could mean the difference between buying now when the interest rates are really good and waiting and hoping things will improve and missing out on making a really good investment now. Consider this. If you were to take the same loan out from your local bank at 8% interest, you would pay approximately $5000 in interest. That is a $5000 dollar savings. To get an accurate idea of just what kind of saving you could get you should always consult with your CPA. Check out the attachment to get the details of this tax credit. I hope everyone has a great Christmas and New Year.

Best Regards,
