Need help trying to locate my Father!

I'm goin to keep it kind of short his name is Willie Scott he is in his early Fifty's and has three other sons that are older. Than which i am i'm the only daughter that i've heard he had he still lives in NYC. And his mother passed away some time ago last i've heard of are from him was when i was little. And he sign his name on my birth certificate with my mother's last name and not his. I would like to meet him befor it's to late my name is Evony and my mother name is Alice Bellinger.
