They finally got the boy, who's Uncle assaulted my Daughter.
They went to his GrandParents house, and knocked on thier door, and, when they asked for him, the GrandParents grabbed the kid by the ear and told him to tell them EVERYTHING!! ROTFLOL
That would have been a sight to see!!
Well, it seems the kid was lying about the name of his Uncle and now, they are going to go see his Uncle at his house, and, in a few days, my Daughter has to go down and pick out his picture from a bunch of other pictures.
Because the kid was evading the Sherriff for so long, they are going to make him and his Uncle take a lie detector test, (since a Felony occurred, in the attack on my Daughter), and, this way they will know for sure who is lying and who isnt.
Since I had my Wife fax the window repair down to them, and they saw it, (the damage), with thier own eyes, they know that damage was incurred, so, charges will be brought, one way or another.
This saves me a lot of grief, because I was going to go hunting them on my own, if they couldnt find them, and, I only had 24 more days to go, before I got involved...
Yea, I know, it would have caused my Family a lot of grief, but, a Dad has to do what a Dad has to do to protect his Daughter in my opinion, and, my opinion is the only one that I am listening to at the moment!
Hmmm, tomorrow I believe is Veterans Day, and, my Wife is wanting to take me to the YMCA, but, Im sure they wont be open for the Holiday, or, that particular day.
Shame I dont have that scooter, or, I could go to the Cemetary and observe Veterans Day with the VFW, as they always have a service there, and I got to attend one year, when I was able to walk, and my co-worker happened to be the Vice President of the VFW at the time. Now, he is permanently in a wheelchair from a botched surgery, and Im still able to walk a wee bit, but, not stand for the ceremony.
I never went to the VFW except to vote for my co-worker to be VP, and that was it, because I dont hang around bars, and, thats basically what it was, just a place to drink.
Nor, do I want to talk about the 'good old days' either, whats in the past is gone and dead, I have to look forward to what future I have
My Wife's Cousin is in Cleveland Hospital, (My Sister in law found out via facebook, so, my Wife called up to see what was going on).
It seems that her Cousin was having a Heart Attack one day, and, having mini heart attacks, while he was in the Emergency Room!! Well, if your going to have them, 'thats' the place to do it in, I reckon...
Still no word on her Cousin from Florida who went missing, and, the landlord was caught having some of her furniture in his possessions, (My Wife calls Brenda in North Carolina to see what is happening with her Cousins from all over the place-->Brenda comes from a very large family).
Shame, when you dont know what happened to your own kid, and, I keep telling my Daughter not to be so blasted secretive about where she is, because of nut-jobs like that all around us, but, she doesnt listen to anyone.... I hope she doesnt have to worry about that again.
She told me she has a GPS in her phone, then, when I want the code to see where she is, she claims that its not set up and she cant do it... Kids, they dont want the Parents to know what they are doing, but, Im paying for the phone I found out!!!
My Wife enables my Daughter in everything she does, and even got her car fixed against my wishes, so, I reckon I know where I stand in the peckin order of this Family...
At least my Son still respects me, sheesh!!
Today, my Daughter starts her job at K-Mart, so, I hope she has a good time at that, and does her best. She will bust her butt, when it comes to making money, but, I hope she doesnt try and quit College, just to work Full Time at K-Mart, cause thats not really a great job to have as a carreer, since, everyone is only part time there.
We shall see what happens in the future.
