Exercise

I went to my Exercise Session today, but, that was after I went to the Pain Center.
Apparently, the Doctor is now concerned that my vicodin is putting meto sleep after I exercise and Im sleeping so much from it, the next day, also.
(I fight sleep when I get home, because its a waste of time for me, right after I come home from the YMCA, more often, I lose and nod off a bunch of times, when Im at my computer, and, today, I even 'tried' to take a nap on my chair, but, that was a bust, since my Wife was chatting on the phone, Terra Nova and HOUSE was on!! Naturally, someone calls while they are on, so I have to PAUSE the things
...)
Getting back to the Pain Center...
They want to 'upgrade' my pain meds, so I wont be taking 4 tabs, but, should be able to do with 2 tabs of this new med.
Uhhh... Im not totally in favor of the upgrade, but, I havent been happy about nodding off to dream land either...
And, since they gave me a coupon, (now, what Drug Company actually does THAT? LOL), for 10 free tabs to try out.
If Im not satisfied, then I can fill my script with the usual vicodin, and continue as usual, or, if I am happy with the 'new stuff', I can get a script for that one instead.
The Doctor was under the impression that Workmans Comp was paying for my perscriptions, and I informed her, that my Health Insurance was paying for it all along, even though, this has been a Workmans Comp case all along... Easier to do it this way, then try jumping through a lot of hoops, via Comp. Besides, the Nurse is going to see if they filed that C-9 so I can get a scooter someday... (Wife wants to go places, and, she doesnt want to leave me home, so, I have to have wheels to follow her around
... Yea, big fat guy on a small scoot around dooflinkey, and Im going to look real stupid on one of those things, if I dont lose about a hundred pounds at least!!
Im going to look like a 500 pound guy trying to ride a unicycle ROTFLOL.. Yea, I will look THAT FUNNY, *sigh*...
I checked the scale at the YMCA and its held the balance on the beam scale, so, I weighed in at 343 pounds today. Wasnt a good day after all... So, I worked my butt off, doing 1k abdominals, but, I only did 30 leg lifts, instead of 100.
Also, I just got done soaking for 3 hours, so I hope that takes a lot of pain out of my legs when I wake up today, cause, I gotta get up and VOTE!!!
VOTE "NO" ON ISSUE 2 in the OHIO Election!!
Yea, they actually want to cut my PENSION down, and increase my Health Insurance Premiums, cause they think us Retirees dont pay enough!!
The People of Ohio dont pay anything for my Retirement, the Public Employees pay for my Retirement, just like those who pay into Social Security, pay for those who Retire 'with' Social Security-->I am not eligable for Social Security, cause I needed to work 3 more years, and, being disabled, there is no way of finding a job in my area for that!!
So, Governor Kasich is going to do like Congress did back in the 60s, and ROB our Pension Fund, for his own pleasure... NADA!!
To think I voted him in, well, I reckon I get what I asked for, eh? I will never vote for another Republican Governor again, cause none of them keep thier promises...OK, that goes for any Politiciian, but, they are robbing me this time, instead of robbing my future Grandkids, like President Obama and his Gang of Thieves, sheesh!
Dammed if I do, Dammed if I dont...cant win.
Of course, you realize that its my blogg, so I can express my opinion of our Dim-Bulb leaders, (both Congress and Presidents, and Candidates elect also!), its those new flourescence bulbs, they go dim fast!! sheeesh!
OH, speaking of the new flourescent bulbs, the secret is, your supposed to turn them on, and LEAVE them on, all day long!!
The more you turn them off and on, the quicker they burn out, or, go dim. (I talked to a Representative on florescent bulbs, and he told me how to extend the life of them, just never turn them off!!).
OK, I still have time to look over a few bloggs, and make a comment or two, here or there, so, I will call it a night on my blogg.
