Easy Sweet Potato Bake
You will need three regular-size cans of sweet potatoes, and 3 cups of mini-marshmallows, plus the spices.
Step One: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step Two: Pour the sweet potatoes into a bowl and mash them up with the following ingredients:
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
If you wish, use an electric beater (set on medium speed) until mixture is well blended.
Now you are almost finished.
Step Three: Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with 3 cups of mini-marshmallows.
Step Four: Bake 15-20 minutes until heated through and marshmallows are lightly browned.
