Life changes in an instant....

.....are you ready for the ride?
One minute things are going along smoothly, you have a plan. You have ideas, thoughts and expectations.
The next moment, things have changed. A loss of income, someone you loved has passed away, you find out the person you believed in has not been honest....so many moments could be added here...you know what I mean.
It is not necessarily the change that has rocked our world; but the unexpected circumstance.
What do you do in these instances? What life lessons have you learned in these situations? How can you help others?
I know many who have lost jobs, family members and had a major shake up of their foundation. It has been interesting to see how I deal with these things in my own life and observe how my friends handle stressful situations.
I know one thing! I learn from others and am encouraged when someone overcomes (regardless of how they do it).....
So, as many are going through things --- take some time and share your life, share how you have overcome or ask for help....
That is what community is about....people helping people....sometimes to celebrate and sometimes to grieve...but, always there!
