Today, I am in less pain that I have been in Years!!! YEAAAA!!!!!!
Sure, I still use my canes, because I dont want to 'go back' to the increased pain that I know will come back eventually, but, to be 'almost' free of pain, is a GOD Send!!!
OK, for my family who dont realize what 'type' of pain I am in all the time, let me try to give you a picture...
Some 'hits' you on the small of the back, with a baseball bat, and you get knocked down. It takes you awhile to get up...And, at that time, you dont realize how 'sore' your gonna be... because your nerves are 'numb' from the 'blow' you just took to the back.
NOW, its the NEXT DAY!!! Your Back is SCREAMING!!! Your nerves are raw, your muscles are screaming for attention, because your favoring parts of your back, and everything is out of 'kilter'....
THATS what type of pain I am in!! Some times, I go to the floor, when I get up, because it hurts so bad... Most times, I can cope with it... The times I cant, I have to use pain medication.
You wonder why I sit down at my computer all the time? When I sit, the pain is almost gone, since there is no stress on my back.
Though, with the exercise Im doing now, Im getting shooting pains down both sides of the buttocks to the back of my knees, (the nerves must be healing from that 'nerve burn' I figure, and, the exercise doesnt help if I turn the fat on my butt to muscles, because it doesnt insulate the nerves).
I woke up, and 'knew' I had to set up my pills for seven weeks, (the more pill boxes I have, the better it is for me, because this is one chore that I absolutely 'hate' doing!!.. Dropping pills, picking them up with tweezers to put in the right slot, all that stuff is a pain, but, a necessary one sheesh!).
My Wife told me that my Brother in laws dog died last night. She was preparing a bowl of 'slop' (left over from past meals), and my Brother in law came up and asked what she was doing, and, when she told him, he told her that the dog had died.
He called for it, and, when it didnt come, he went looking, and found it dead in the dog box.
Now, he got the dog from his Buddy, who's Mother and the dog was in a fire, and both got rescrued, and they gave it to him, because she had to go in a nursing home for awhile.. then, they just left it with him.
Dont know how old the dog was, and, that was one dog that I never went down to make friends with, because I dont go down his place much anymore...(down hill walk, and its the uphill that gets me!).
The 'Neighbor' whom my Wife and other Nieghbor put in the Nursing Home, is having her 90th birthday party tonight
. Atta Gal, getting to that age!! Hope I dont.. Dont want to be put in a Nursing Home.. Woiuld rather die at home-->Did so a couple of times already LOL.. So, whats one more, eh? 
Im eating a bowl of those green beans I snapped awhile back.. Simply delicious! Greenbeans, potatos, beef, and onions...
Wife has been bugging my Son and I about copying pictures to put in frames, for her, so she can take them to the Nursing Home.
Shame, Mary has cataracts, and doesnt want to get them out, and can hardly see, but, I hope she can see the pictures.
OK, Brenda left a whole bunch of photo albums that I have to start copying on my computer. I tell my Wife, I cant burn a disc, be it DVD or CD, but, she doesnt 'listen'.. She just wants it 'done' and put in discs...
Im going to have to get my Son to get one of those large 'jump drives' so that I can put every picture on them, after I copy them to my computer, so he can burn something... be it a DVD or CD... What ever will show up on a DVD player so everyone can see the pictures. My old computer, when I burned a CD, you could play the CD on a DVD player and see the pictures, but, this 'Wal-Mart' special, has problems LOL...
SOMEDAY, Im going to make a Reboot Disc when I first get my new computer, so I can reboot everything...because Im missing 'something' and my Wife doesnt understand what Im trying to tell her..
Honey, the computer doesnt 'work' right!!!
