This blog is basically to chart my progress in trying to lose weight...
This is a Record of my daily events including my family when appropriate for my other family members to see if they choose to.
This is my legacy, for my family to read after I am dead and burried. So, any thing on here is meant for them only and if it offends anyone, my apologies, but, its not meant for you and them
Chow for now...
May the LORD Bless all who see this.
I wish you well...

Plate

FYI = For Your Information
ID Plate for the car or cars...
These plates of thin aluminum, can be hot glued (with a small spot of hot glue on all four corners) on the back of the plate, to the Dashboard of every car you own...
On it, should be the names of every Family member (those who either ride in, or drive the car, or cars). This plate should be duplicated and put in every car.
For, each family member, there should be the following information.
1. Name
2. Adress (Under everyone elses, after the first, you can put "same", if they all live with you).
1. Male/Female
2. Year of Birth-->Dont put the actual birthdate, because if anyone steals the plate, they can steal your Identity, just by having that info).
3. Height
4. Weight
5. Blood type
Under that, you can put:
1. Family Doctor
2. Phone
Under all that, you can put Emergency Numbers to Call:
1. Person to be reached in case of Emergency.
2. Phone
3. Address
After you have done that for each Family Member, then, under that, put the following Information:
Next of Kin:
1. Name
2. Address
3. Phone Number
Emergency Personnel (EMTS, Firemen/women, Police Officers), will look for this plate on the dashboard, to help them in identifying Victims, and give this information to the Hospital, when an emergency arrives, so that it may save valuable time in helping you.
You can get a set of steel punches with letters and numbers from woodworking magazines, or, possibly order it from your local hardware store. You can also buy thin sheets of aluminum from the hardware store so you can 'punch' this information on it, or, search out the Internet and find people who do this kind of work, and order one for each car.
Just my two cents worth, and a wee bit more for the collection plate.
I wish you well....
