Microsoft Office for Mac 2004
issue/question:
User wants to know how to AUTO FILL a Name and Address into a new word document
Answer:
First Entourage needs to know to sync with Mac Address Book.
With Entourage launched, go to main menu, go to Entourage, go to Preferences, go to Sync Services, and CHECK the box that says
Synchronize contacts with Address Book and .Mac
hit OK.
So part 1 is set to.
Part 2:
With Word document open and ready
go to Main menu, go to Tools, go to Letter Wizard, go to Recipient, click on the Address Book icon, add the person of interest, pick the salutation, and compose your letter!Posted 12-10-2008 at 04:11 AM by RMACS
