[SIZE=3]I made some inquires about 2711 DOWNING ST SE and found that the house had gone under contract in July but the inspector found among other things massive amounts of mold. I didn't go in the house and just from being outside at the doors and windows started having respiratory symptoms. If the house has gotten on EPA's radar the owner will have a huge liability.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]The roof is nearly open to the elements with large holes covered by tattered tarps. When it rains outside it rains inside as well. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]While I was at the house a builder and a couple showed up and were thinking about making a very low offer just for the lot. They we going to have the house torn down and then build on the lot. The builder was estimating the cost of removing the house and debris and from what I heard just that cost made the lot unattractive.[/SIZE]
