This blog is basically to chart my progress in trying to lose weight...

This is a Record of my daily events including my family when appropriate for my other family members to see if they choose to.

This is my legacy, for my family to read after I am dead and burried. So, any thing on here is meant for them only and if it offends anyone, my apologies, but, its not meant for you and them

Chow for now...

May the LORD Bless all who see this.

I wish you well...

Went to the Doctors (Heart Doc), and it was the same ol same ol stuff...

Then, I went to my Dad's house. The way people were talking, my Dad was on his way out the door, and into the ground!! Sheesh.
He looked good today, so, thier death knell was overly exaggerated, and Im glad about it.
Though, he is thin as all get out, I gave him a hug and could feel all his bones, but, Senior Citizens, after awhile, they tend to stop eating, or eat small portions, when they get so old. But, he did look good... Im just hoping that its not that 'good look before they die routine', that old people do, before they give up the fight and lay down to die.

My Mom was the biggest suprise to me! She lost so much weight, that I wouldnt have recognised her on the street!! Her looks have completely changed, with the weight loss, and old age also. It amazed me, at how she looks now.

My Brother, well, what ever is going on in that house, has done him a world of good. He is down from 600 pounds, to 449!!! My Wife says my Mom said he wont give up his 'soda'... If he would, he would probably lose the weight so fast, that I wouldnt even know him either LOL... Lets hope he breaks that addiction, and gets down so that he can stop taking shots for diabetes...

Note: Some diabetes, if you go on a strick diet of 600 calories a day, for (I dont remember if its 6 weeks, 3 months, or 6 months), the News said that you can 'beat' diabetes, and get over it!! Well, if my Brother can drop enough weight, I believe that he will beat diabetes... I will pray for him to beat that terrible disease...

After my exercise session, and my visit to my Dad's house, we went to the library, so that we could pick up a book and pay a 70 cent fine, thats been on the books since '08!! LOL.
Its a good thing that the 'library Police' didnt come after me for being such a scoundrel.. Fleeing and eluding such a big fine, and being a scourge of the Community LOL.
If it hadnt been for me trying to order a book over the Internet, and the site rejecting my Wife's 'code', so that we had to call the Library and get the cards updated. Thats when they told me that I had a fine of that impressive amount, to bring shame to my family . Well, the fine has been paid, and the book has been gotten, now, if my Sister in law comes over to get the book so she can read it. (Apparently she is going to a play in another month or so, that is about the book, so, she wants to see what its about, since, a book is 'always' better than any movie or play, as it goes into more details, that they often overlook or leave out due to the lenght or cost of the movie. I tend to read about what ever it is, Im going to see, if its from a book, just so that I can see how much they 'left out' of a movie).

Ok, looks like my Wife is definetely going to have her Yard Sale on Sunday, since my Sister in law is taking the kids to Kennywood.
So, I will have to 'volunteer' to assist her in thie endevour, of looking after the money, (she is really hoping to make enough to buy my Daughter a new computer for college!! I dont care how much 'junk' you got, there isnt going to be enough to do 'that', but, I wont dampen her spirit, and I will give it my 'all'-->even though I detest having a yard sale, unless, after the thing, we take all the 'junk' to the Mission or Thrift Store afterwards and dump it all off on them to disperse among the throngs of thrifty savers . I havent let her have a yard sale in over ten years, I think...maybe even more LOL,...but since she is trying to save me money, I will capitulate into assisting her with this project. Lets hope that the weather holds out, and the shoppers have a generous spirit and lots of loose change to spare LOL.

OK, now to watch some TV for the rest of the night.

I wish you well...

Jesse
