moving to maryland area

i am a 26yo fem that now lives in richmond virgina..i want to move to the maryland or outskirt of dc area but i dont knw of anything but richmond..i want to move to make a fresh start in my life but i need help finding an apt and job in the area but i dont knw where to start...can anyone help pls..

again i have no children 26.. 6'2 b/f ...nothing is holding me here..so i need a new start...again pls help..

by the way i want a reasonable price for where i live but dont want to live in a high crime area ither..
