My job is pretty demanding -- whose job isn't these days? I am guessing most people would love to have my job, or any job. I'm not complaining. In fact, if I could wish for one thing, it would be that people stop complaining. If a situation can be changed, work for the change, but don't complain along the way. Yes, it might be uncomfortable, but why add to the discomfort by whining?
Just get present, I tell the folks, and deal with what needs to be done right now. Let the projected ramifications and the back stories fall to their places and just handle whatever it is at this moment.
It's amazing how much just falls away, when we practice this, leaving so much space for fixing the situation.
That's it for now. I'm tired. Going to bed.
