This blog is basically to chart my progress in trying to lose weight...

This is a Record of my daily events including my family when appropriate for my other family members to see if they choose to.

This is my legacy, for my family to read after I am dead and burried. So, any thing on here is meant for them only and if it offends anyone, my apologies, but, its not meant for you and them

Chow for now...

May the LORD Bless all who see this.

I wish you well...

Pressure!

Posted 03-14-2011 at 07:44 PM by woodworkingmenace

I went to my exercise session today. Did my 1000 abdominals, 100 arm extenders, and 300 torso twists, and 50 leg lifts...Then, I had to quit.

My blood pressure was 113/64, and I felt as if my heart was giving me 'problems'... After 90 minutes of intense exercising, and no cool down, you 'think', it would be a lot higher than that!!

Im sitting her tonight, and just took it, (after some sips of coffee, and its 133/86). So, this just proves to me, that every time I exercise, I am driving my blood pressure 'down', and thats not a good thing to do!

When it gets too low, I start passing out and quit breathing, (reason why they put me 'on' blood pressure medicine, to bring it up!!).

Im going to call the Doctor's Office tomorrow, and give them a 'heads up' about this--->This may also be the reason why I am extremely tired and cant stop falling asleep on my computer, when I come home and sit down, in front of it to play the 'game'.

Good thing my Wife has one of those small blood pressure machines that the Doctors now use, and they put on our wrists. Now, I have to go into the bathroom and see if I 'really' lost those 14 pounds that the scale at the "Y" is showing... If so, I will be extremely happy, but, since im not too confident in that one, as it didnt look 'balanced' when set to zero...be right back.

Naw, just KNEW that blasted balanced beam scale was wrong...Up to 360 pounds now!!! Even my Wife couldnt believe that!

I told her that I didnt 'feel' like Im losing any weight, what so ever, but, to put on an additional ten pounds... man, this just floors me, sheesh!!

OK, I have to have a game changer plan now.
Since I go to exercise and use heavy weights to try to build up muscles in the middle (stomach reigon), so that I will 'burn' more fat there, and it doesnt seem to be working, I will have to resort to using less weights again, and go for 'burning calories', insead of the layerr of muscle I want...

Problem is, when I go to 50 pounds on everything, or 30 pounds, it seems as if Im not even 'using weights', and can go on and on and on... If I dont 'feel something', I dont feel as if Im 'doing any good'...sheesh!
Dammed if I do, Dammed if I dont LOL...
OK, buddy wants me to to to the chatroom to talk to others, so I will sign off for today.

I wish you well...
