Exercise

I went to my exercise session after all, yesterday. Thing was, I wasnt really 'mentally prepared' for it. I was whipped after doing only 800 crunches, instead of my usual thousand. (I had a guy ask me how many I do, and when I told him I usually do a thousand, he looked at me like I was 'nuts'...uh, I told him I was trying to get the weight off, and thats what I needed to do! sheesh).
They changed the equipment around on me, and that just messes me up-->sort of like, when they change around a grocery store for someone who is used to shopping in the place for a very long time, and all of a sudden its 'changed'...confuses them to no end, trying to find everything and anything.
My Wife found out that they are getting more treadmills in and needed the room. I do see that the treadmills are all occupied when I get there, so, I see the need.
My Wife went and got all my prescriptions filled for my heart, so, I will be filling up all those containers in a wee bit. I like to make them up for the Month, because I dont like pulling out 9 bottles every day and getting what I need out of them, easier to put them in the pill carriers. Cant wait til I get my three months supply coming, then I can get more pill carriers and fill them all up and not have to worry about them for a good long time!! (Yea, monotony does set in, when you have to do this enough times, year after year, but, it keeps me going, as its 'better living though chemicals'...and I wouldnt be alive today with out them, and my pacemakers
Yea, Ive been a baaaaad boy when I was younger, and Im paying for it now LOL).
Daughter finally went to School... Seems she had a headache this morning, and didnt want to go, but, my Son, who also has a headache went to work. Just shows what type of work ethic is instilled in each of them.
I finally had a 'tax form signing' last night! Now, I put all the stamps on the ones we get refunds back, and told my Wife to hold off on the ones that we owe, so that when we get the refunds back, we can simply write checks out, and pay the oweing parts off.
I looked at the handwriting off all my family last night, and Im suprised at how lousy each one of us, writes our names, sheesh! Like we werent taught in School, how to do our letters or something...sheesh!
I asked my Wife to check on sleeping pills from the drug store, and the pharmacist told her that all the sleeping aides contain benedryll, and that it woudnt do me any good! (OK, I didnt know they increased my prescription to 10mg, instead of 5mg and thus, I didnt cut the pills in half, for the first 5 days-->I was wondering why I was having such wonderful nights of sleep!! So, now I am 'short' 10 days. My Wife told me to call the Doctor about it, but, I refused to do that, until Im bordering on insanity (give me about 3 days or more, and I will be at that point!).
OK, Wife wants me to do something on the computer, so I have to go...
