I don't speak so much from a scientific angle, but rather from a practical human who can relate angle...

I mean I don't know what's worse...a constant dribble of dark clouds and cold rain....

Or freezing cold snow....

Which is worse??

I do know the effects can be the same on some...darkness...constant darkness and cloud cover actually effects certain hormonial releases within the body, which effect mood and outlook on some or many...

I understand what your going through, if no one else does...

The cold wet weather, combined with whatever else you might be going through, just adds up to a murcky mood outlook for some...

I understand, if your parents don't...

I understand...if your spouse doesn't...

I understand, if your employer doesn't...

I understand...

The weather, the constant cold and darkness, can have a negitave effect on your mood and moral...and can even lead to suicide in some cases...

Call me...before you ever even consider such a move...call me...and I will stop whatever I'm doing to help you over come...

You probablly have way more potential than me...or are in a better position to fulfill those potentials...don't let something as petty as a seasonal mood change get in your way...
