Late Again

I went to bed at 3am this morning-->Wife came and gave me the 'eye', and I 'knew' she wasnt happy about that one, me changing my days around like that... But, when I take a 3 hour soak (yea, hot water does wonders on my back all the while Im in there, but, when I get up and have to stand to brush my teeth, its as though I never even had the hot soak...sheesh!! Also, when I take that good hot soak, my muscles dont 'cramp' the next day, so, I dont feel pain in what ever section I worked hard at...(usually, the ones under my arms, pains me for days, if I do 2-3 hundred reps at 30lbs, and add another 50 reps at 50lbs...but, the soreness is gone if I 'do' soak that night or during the day...
Wife still doesnt like me going to bed that late, because I cant 'do' things with her, if she wants to drag me someplace
.
I got up at 3pm... Heart had pressure on it, as it usually does, after a good work out, from the previous day, but, hopefully, by tomorrow, I will be 'good to go' again, to work out.. If not, if I still have pressure, I will have to put it off till it eases up. (Ive had times, when I had pressure for three days after an extremely hard work out, and missed out-->the Ladies at the "Y" would often look at thier computer and tell me how long I have been 'away' and my Wife would tell them why LOL What is it with 'wimmin'?? hmmm never mind....
My Sister in Law says she hasnt talked to her Sister in THREE DAYS!! So, she is coming over today!!
HEY SIS...IVE HAD HER CHAINED UP IN THE BASEMENT, AGAINST THE WALL..AND ONLY LET HER UP TO FEED ME ROTFLOL!!!
(Yea, I know your looking at this and wondering "What a nut-job your Sister married, eh?
)
At least your Sister doesnt lead a boring life, as the kids and I keep her busy...hmmm now where did I put those whips, knives and chains at...**looks around-->THERE THEY ARE!!!***
Wife and Brother in Law went after the car today..Yea, I was supposed to go, but, silly me, didnt get up and she knew it was useless to even try to get me up! Replaced two tranny lines (rotted out), and the car works fine now. 2001 Malibu...WORST car ever made that year, and if I had only known, I would have gotten a whip and a buggy first, and had less trouble with it!!! (Yea, been watching too many Amish programs on Life-Time and the other channel that my Wife likes for Movies, which name escapes me at this time.. hmmmm Gives it up for naught...
My Daughter is out running around with her 'bud' at Lowes for some reason unknown to me, (shame, she cant get with him, cause I actually 'like' him, better than her boyfriend), and my Wife has gone after my Son from work. I sit her and drink the last bit of coffee she handed me, before she left...now, I gotta take my heart meds before I drain the last of it

WOW! Good thing I copied and pasted this, or I would have lost the whole kit-an-kaboodle again, and REALLY started ranting and raving again!!! sheesh!!!
