I was looking up old classmates from Grade School on Facebook... Sheesh! I know of one that is dead, and the few that I found, well, I wouldnt recognise them on the street if I smacked into them!! Its amazing how everyone has changed since then, and even since High School, they have altered thier appearance so much... Me? I still look the same, (face wise that is), but, in a more 'wide load' package, sheesh!
It seems that not everyone is into FaceBook as they claim, or, not everyone is registered in thier own names-->perhaps to protect the innocent??? ROTFLOL.. Doubt it
Its funny, we called Dish Network to get my local stations on there, (via ATT-->package deal we have, which is 'supposively cheaper), and they said it would be 5 bucks a month for the local stations!!
Today, we get an advertisment stating that local stations are FREE!! So, we call again, (this time Dish directly), and we were informed that they 'put' our local stations on-->No one bothered to TELL US THOUGH!! Gee, if I had known it was going to happen, I could of saved 50+ bucks for the converter I bought my Brother in Law for his old TV... Well, if his new one breaks down, I will have him one ready, since I like Dish Network programming, instead of cable... I did find out that I am paying an enourmous rate for my DSL and I have to find out WHY!! Everything is bundled in, and I should have a big discount, instead of paying full price.. I may end up going with another service if they want to pull that one on me... Sheeesh, the way my Wife tells me, Cable for my computers would be cheaper now!! So, we will have to make another call...(getting everything done before the new year, so see what can be saved or let go...).
Though, Im getting tired of the computer, cause now I just play majong tiles (spelling, I know is way off, cause I just dont remember how to spell it anymore, sheesh), and card games on my computer.
Seems like the local papers dont put thier stories on there 'correctly' anymore, (big conglomerations of all the things that have happened in this month or that month, but, maybe its just because its the end of the year, dont really know, but, I dont like the way they have formatted thier front pages now... And, since I cant get a PAPER BOY/GIRL to deliver where I live, with any regularity-->(My former neighbor would walk to the store every day to get the paper...if I lose 150 pounds, maybe I will too LOL).
OK, I reckon my gripe session is over for the day.. Now, lets see what I can get into
