This blog is basically to chart my progress in trying to lose weight...

This is a Record of my daily events including my family when appropriate for my other family members to see if they choose to.

This is my legacy, for my family to read after I am dead and burried. So, any thing on here is meant for them only and if it offends anyone, my apologies, but, its not meant for you and them

Chow for now...

May the LORD Bless all who see this.

I wish you well...

Day After Last

My Daughter took the criticism very well, when I told her that she scared me half to death, and it will take all the courage I can muster to ride with her again! I told her that she was a 'very safe driver' before she took the advice of the nuts from Drivers Education Teachers, and became a 'road hazard' to anything on the sidewalks, be it moving or not . I think she concurred with me and she is going back to the 'old ways'

She passed her 'test' last night, so that she can go an take her actual driving test and become a bonafide lethal weapon on the highway! (Yea, I teach all my kids, that your basically 'guiding' an eight thousand pound 'missle' along a ribbon of asphault, and that you can kill anything in your way, if your not careful about how you drive that destructive object, and, anything you kill or maime or hurt, will reflect on you for the rest of your life!). Im figuring that she is going to take her driving test, sometime next week, so, I have a few more days to practise with her...

My Son is going up to Kent Ohio to get his buddy, and bring him down for Thanksgiving Dinner, with our approval, because his buddy is alienated from his family, so he has no one. He and my Son shared a room in college quite a few years back and they have been good friends ever since, (last year we took the fixins to a Thanksgiving meal up to him, because he was sharing an apartment with some friends, but that didnt quite work out for him, so, this year is going to be different).

Im hoping that there isnt any snow for Thanksgiving, because his buddy has to be 'home' on Friday, so he can go to work... I told my Son already, if it snows, then the deal is off, cause you dont want your buddy to lose his job, because we cant make it back in time with him, if it snows!! So, we are monitoring the weather reports and keeping a close eye on things.
If everything goes according to plan, my Son is going to take him back friday and stay the weekend with his buddy and play video games and go see some friends who are still hanging around the college, maybe go and see his old boss at Kent State, while his buddy works, then when he gets off work, they will be 'gaming' online with the 360 x-box, and who knows, maybe my Daughter will be playing down here with them up there LOL... Shame I cant play, but, those kinds of game just make me sick to my stomach, and I miss out on so much, but, I do what I can do, and play what I can play...
I have been playing Mahjong lately...well, days and days of it, and hours upon hours, each day... Its basically the chineese version of search a word, or match game, which I have played off and on for many years.

Ok, since I helped my Wife make her zuchinni casserole, (slice and dice king here LOL), I think I will ask her what I can help her out with next...

Have a Great Day.

I wish you well...
