"All Creatures Great and Small"
Someone commented in a thread that some people say they love their dogs more than their family members and asked if we were one of them.
I replied that love is not like cutting a pie and giving out the pieces....its not like the childrens counting out rhyme....."one potato- two potato three potato -four"; it is not quantitative..... it is limitless; the capacity to love is endless......so sure I love my dogs, parents, birds, children and friends and neighbors...I love them all....and love goes on and on and on....it is never used up or over.
Sure I love my pets just as I love my family members..they are members of my family...they are all representations of the divine- love is how I know God.
