I am about to graduate college and am looking to move out of the US. mainland. I automatically thought of the U.S. Virgin Islands and think that is where I want to go, but I'm really open to any sort of laid-back environment like that, just need some advice on this topic from someone...

I want to go around mid-November, 2009,and try to get a resort job or any seasonal job in the islands. I will soon have a bacherlors degree in journalism and a minor in political science with an emphasis in Public Relations. I have worked at a physical therapy office, interned at the tourism bureau in my college town, have 4-year lifeguarding experience, have writing skills & been published, have indesign experiecene, can speak german, have been a nanny and have a lot of experience with children, worked at a nursing home, and have lots of sailing experience and knowledge of boats.

This is a lot of info but I really just don't know where to begin looking with my experience. I will only be 23 when I want to move, and just need a good idea of what I need to be looking for. I would really appreciate if anyone had any advice...... I really just need to be in the islands!!!!!!
