This blog is basically to chart my progress in trying to lose weight...

This is a Record of my daily events including my family when appropriate for my other family members to see if they choose to.

This is my legacy, for my family to read after I am dead and burried. So, any thing on here is meant for them only and if it offends anyone, my apologies, but, its not meant for you and them

Chow for now...

May the LORD Bless all who see this.

I wish you well...

Yesterday I went to the "Y", and did two and a half hours of exercise!! It sure does make a huge difference when I am not in a lot of pain, to be able to extend myself way out there...

Afterwards..later on in the day, we went to my buddy's house and I gave them a bunch of plastic plumbing, so they could give to thier cousin, (Wife's side of the family), who's kids, ripped out all her copper plumbing to sell to the junk yard for scrap!! These kids of hers are a real trip, they take her car, when she is on vacation, and sell it from underneath her, take everything that isnt nailed down in the house and sell it, and even get her to sign loans for them, so they can have a good time...talk about an enabler and sponges!

I told my buddy, that I wouldnt give her any 'copper' so that her kids could rip her off again, but the plastic she was welcomed to have, and now, she can replum her house, enough to get some water to the sink and other devices. (I cant believe it, but my Wife told me that the kids were waiting for thier mother to put plumbing back into the house, so that the washer and dryer they bought, they can put in thier mothers house and 'use it'-->using her water and electricity and still running over thie own mother, willy nilly).

Personally, I plumbed my house with 3/4 cooper pipes years ago, so that I would have more 'volume'... No, the pressure doesnt increase, but, at least I can fill the bath tub up, and still have water in the sink, instead with 1/2 inch plumbing, if you ran the tub faucet, you barely got a trickle from the sink!
It just 'gives' the appearance of more pressure, where its just more volume and that equates to better and equalization of the water usuage.

My Wife just left for a garage sale, this being a Saturday, those things are winding down now...Going to be getting too cold for them soon, and yard sales will be getting more scarce as time goes by. So, she is going to hunt her fortune

When my Daughter is ready, I will help her make a hand and arm and elbow out of paper machie... Something I havent fooled with, since I was in 3rd grade, myself, or maybe even earlier than that... waaaaay back when LOL. So, I will wait til she is ready to ask me for my help, because if I volunteer it, she will think I am being pushy or nosy, or something else that is intrusive, so, best to wait.

Ok, 'nuff for now

I wish you well...
