This blog is basically to chart my progress in trying to lose weight...

This is a Record of my daily events including my family when appropriate for my other family members to see if they choose to.

This is my legacy, for my family to read after I am dead and burried. So, any thing on here is meant for them only and if it offends anyone, my apologies, but, its not meant for you and them

Chow for now...

May the LORD Bless all who see this.

I wish you well...

I went to the YMCA today, for my exercise session, and wouldnt ya just know it, I forgot my pain meds, so I struggled with the exercises... Didnt do half of what I normally do, and gave up on the last one, entirely!

That pain med, really lets me go to town on a work out, and I dont really know how much I 'hurt' until I forget those little pills, then my back screams, and the muscles ache. Even with those nice, new machines, I still need those 'helpers'... hmmm rough knowing that I cant do it alone, oh well.

I just got done reading "PAUL HARVEY'S AMERICA" Its a Great Read!! I remember listening to him for a great many years, and always turned up the radio to hear his 'wit and humor'... I thought it was the most unusual and humorous broadcast I ever heard, and waited daily in anticipation for it.
(That was when I listened to the radio at work or in the car, but, I got away from that and missed so much of the "Rest of the Story" ).

Now there was a man, who didnt believe in swearing and vulgarities, and a person could look up to him, as he never looked down on anyone, and had respect for everyone...
I will miss his commentaries greatly.

My buddy hasnt been home for the past few days, it seems that his Daughter in laws, GrandMother had a kidney transplant, and got the kidney from a baby a few years ago, but, she died of cancer!! Apparently the baby had a rare form of cancer and no one knew about it, or didnt tell her GrandMother, before they transplanted it in her, and she had cancer all through her body, by the time she died... Medical Science, they cant catch everything, and the things they do miss, can put some one in the grave, just like they did my own Mother in law...I miss her still....

May you each have a Great Day

I wish you well...

Jesse
