I am truly amazed at some of the questions posted on a public forum.

I am amazed but not shocked that is for sure. Some of the questions posted on this forum are just making me scratch my head and wonder why in the world one would waste the time to post on the forum when they should have been to an attorney already. How the heck would anyone here know the exact answer to a serious legal issue unless of course they 'happen' to be an attorney who specializes in said issue.

The very thought of posting something like that would never, ever cross my mind. I would be up early, breakfast, teeth brushed, showered, dressed and out of the door heading to the attorney's office and standing at their door when they arrive to unlock the place.

Get a grip people, use your common sense, try to find an actual thought that is your own, try harder to find the proper solution that is your own.

Do you seriously think IF you ever have to go to court for any of these issues the Judge presiding over the case is going to accept the following:

Judge to you: Why did you take that widget out of Sally's box without having a written document stating that it belonged to you?

You to Judge: Because I posted the question if I could legally take said widget out of Sally's box without a written document stating it was mine.

Judge to you: You posted a question? Where did you post this question?

You to Judge: On a public forum.

Judge to you: On a public forum? You did not go to an attorney?

You to Judge: No sir, there are lots of smart people on the public forum and they answered my question for free.

Judge to you: Well, did the people on the public forum who answered your question for free tell you that I could put you in jail for stealing since you don't have a document proving the widget belongs to you?

You to Judge: No sir they did not.

Judge to you: That's too bad.

Okay, the above may be a bit of a stretch but you all get the idea. Why go to one single place where it is guaranteed that 99% of the comments you are going to read are 'opinions' of those posting those comments.
Why not quit wasting your time and the time of others and go to a Professional to get your questions answered?

Oh well, life does go on, I will continue to read the posts here and I am positive I will continue to scratch my head and wonder why some humans do as they do.

Today is a busy day for us though once our day gets started. We have to get the house cleaned, get all the laundry put away, get all the dishes done and put away and pack for our weekend trip.

In the morning we put Walt (the dog) in the Suburban and go to the Dr.'s office and I get the stitches removed from my cheek and my right calf then we drive straight to Iowa.

This weekend is Old Threshers Weekend in Mt Pleasant, Iowa and we try to go at least every other year. It has lots of old tractors, a beautiful carousel, old printing presses, lots of food, the original town with the jail, post office, train station, Church, saloon, school and general store still standing and in very good condition and they have steam engine trains. The best part I think is the food, the ice cold dill pickles you can get at the general store and riding the steam engine trains. One of the cars they have that you can ride on is the actual car that was used in the television program "Medicine Woman". Which I think is very cool. Not that I ever watched the program but I think it is good for Old Threshers to have this 'claim to fame' and to use it often.

So I end my writing for today, I do hope I did not bore you too much. Take care, be safe, have any kind of day you want and don't forget to put up your dream catchers when the time comes to wander the timbers of slumber.

More later ~~~~~~~
