High Rise status as of August 30.

People have been asking what goes with the high rises...here is a rackup as of August 30,2010

Major observations. Well it still goes real slow particularly in the higher priced places. Years of inventory.
Some of the developments down under $150 are moving at a reasonable rate and Signature is under a year.
Still sounds like there is going to be some more correction before this all stabliizes.

Veer numbers are wrong

Any chance you could update these numbers for us? I'm personally interested in the average sales price per sf in Manhattan? Thank you for all the info you give us!
