I am working!

Well, got a couple weeks under the belt, so to speak. Classes at the house (2 days a week) are going well. Just went to a group interview yesterday for Pier 1 imports seasonal part-time job. Although I've never worked retail, I am still hopeful and should know something by next Monday. If not, I'll just keep plugging along. Never been to a "group" interview before, so that was interesting. ( favorite cereal...huh?) Oh well, there's only so many positions they need to fill, 2 hours long it went and then another interview was taking place right after us. There were 10 of us in that interview...they need about 9 or 10 more part-timers for the season. I feel for everyone there. From every back ground, over-qualified, under-qualified (myself)~ people need work. It's heartbreaking in a sense. We ALL need the job.
