looking for 4 half siblings!

i am looking for children from my father's first marriage. i have been looking for at least 3 years now, to no avail. my father's name is william mason watson (56 years old)and the children's names are: juanita, april, jerry, and william. they are all between 30 and 45 years old and were born in ohio. i have asked my family and they seem reluctant to talk about them. i did find out that they were all taken away from their mother and i believe 2 of them were adopted out whereas the other 2 were placed into foster care. i think this all happened in licking county. and my grandmother told me she thought the youngest, april, was sick as a child. i would love to find them; even just to let them know that i, and my younger sisters, exist. please help
