Hi, I'm KJ. My first blog (you can tell), nice to visit with you. I like to write poetry. I have produced 3 CD's, all homemade. They are titled, "Just an Average Joe - Feelings", Just an Average Joe - Story Poems", and Just an Average Joe - Spirit". I stopped writing poems for a while, but the other day I wrote this one. Here it is, let me know if you like it (or even if you don't).

The leaves are falling,
gently falling to the ground.
Orange, reds, yellows, brown.
Like countless years,
now flown away,
the leaves have fallen this very way.
People come, people go.
To one and all the fall comes 'round.
Orange, reds, yellows, brown.
And shall we too,
find a new spring
to laugh and run and dance and sing?
Up like flowers from new seed.
Leap to life, the leaves are green.
Summer, fall,
... winter, .... spring.
