A sex and drug addicted young man who is forced into a Christian-run ministry in an attempt to cure him of his "gay affliction", where instead he is faced with the truth in his heart and spirit.
I thought this movie was actually really good, being in a church environment and being removed from the Praise Team b/c some people were jealous in the church and going to the pastor about it. It really hurt but I'm over it. The story line is really good in the movie, the mother lost her son, not by sexual orientation but the use of drugs. It's a ugly picture in the religious scene when people you care about, sometimes even family, become jealous and hold being gay against you and will use it to make them feel better b/c they can't stand the sight of other people being accomplished and just being happy with life. If they are miserable, they use whatever to make other miserable. People have got to just learn to let go and live for yourself and don't worry about others and make the most of their life instead of trying to force opinions and religious ideas on someone. God created us all and He loves ALL of us. People use religion to make judgements, but the Bible says no one has the right to judge...if you do, God will unleash His judgement on them. The movie was really great though.
