Hi I have lived in Fl. for 30 year in palm beach county, Boca Raton. I hope I can help you. Willington is a nice area. It has problems like the rest of South Fl. I'm not sure if you are looking to buy or rent. Fl. has a high rate of foreclosers. You might be able to get a good price. As for renting be VERY CAREFUL. You need toinvestagate the place you will be renting. The house or apt. may be in forecloser. The realtors will not tell you.

As for the public schools they will be ok if your children are "gifted" or they have no learning problems. The schools are overcrowed and understaffed. You will need to be a very involved parent to make sure they stay on track.

I hope you have a jod secured here. I belive our unemployement is at least 10.5%.

Cost of living is expensive and the pay is low. bussinesses are going under here.

I hope this helps a little.
    Good Luck

If you want to live in the suburban central /north fl is nice. I have been told there are areas where it is more relaxed and people are friendly. You just have to understand Fl. is hit hard with the recession. I have two boys one is 23 years old and a 14 yr. old. Both boys were borned in Fl. and i raised both of them in Boca. Palm Beach county especialy Boca has changed. My older son is trying to relocate to Maine my younger one was pulled out of omin middle school and is in a private school. He is doing well at this school. I would reccomand to check out the northernside of Fl. Unless you are determined to move to Palm Beach. Just make sure you do your research and attempt to visit the areas in Fl. before moving.
