Many parts of Waveland have built back, especially if you go into the town area. Along Beach Boulevard we have many homes built back, some still at the slab stage, and many lots with great potential for sale.
I like Beach Boulevard, North and South on the Bay St. Louis/Waveland side. Though there is traffic, it tends to be a little quieter. There is a super, yet quiet boat launch fishing area at the extreme N. end of the Bay St. Louis side.
Waveland has the fantastic Garfield Ladner Pier that is also handicap accessible.
