Cyber Attack!!

I believe that I have experienced a cyber attack last night!!
I was playing Evony, (war game) as usual, and the thing kept getting slower and stopping, so I kept refreshing the page, over and over again!! (Really annoying when you have 600 thousand archers and they need fed and you cant 'do' anything to help them, so, I can bet, "IF" I ever get on the site again, they will all be DEAD!! That REALLY busts my chops!!
I guess it started yesterday, when my Sis in law made an excellent suggestion to me about denying my Daughter her Facebook, Myspace, and I decided Limewire (which is a GREAT WAY for people to get into your computer, via file sharing!!), acces, so, I created an administrator on her computer and she as anothe account. It didnt work out! The blasted thing denied her EVERYTHING (I only blocked those three sites), and she couldnt get on, so, it ended up in one great fight between my daugher and myself...(ugly scene).
She has us over a barrel with this 'oneline' school (cause she, for some unknown reason to us, refuses to go to the school right across the blasted highway!!!), and she knows that if she doesnt 'want' to do the school work, ther is not much we can do about it!! (I have to admit, never heard of matrix or matrices or half the junk she is taking, and thats not even college prep courses!!). Its been working out, that she gives me 3 lessons, and I let her go out with her 'friends'...but, she stayed out past curfew, and because I told her she couldnt go 'out and play', she refused to do any 'work'...Oh man, you talk about busting my chops on THAT ONE!! I was LIVID... Bad enough I gotta 'bribe' my duaghter to do this stuff, now I gotta PAY A TUTOR, when all she had to do, was walk across the highway and GET AN EDUCATION!!
So, with that fiiasco of creating an account and messing up her computer now..(yea, gonna cost me to fix it now) I am wondering if I invited a cyber attack on my router or not?
I have wireless Internet and its password protected, but, for some reason, I cant get into my different mail accounts, cant bring up some web sites (this is MY computer, not my daughters), and my Son cant get onto stuff either! So, I have to figure that it had to be an outside attack and they got my router messed up??? I just dont know. I 'did' upgrade my antivirus (Norton), and ran a full system scan, but, it showed only one low level cookie... Guess I will have to call ATT because I bought it off of them, and see if they can do something about it, but, I am betting that they tell me to get an antivirus and THATS going to really irritate the dickens out of me sheesh!!
Ok, lets see what happens during the day...burns me up, I can talk on Instant Messanger all day long,and cant get into sites...just dont make sense!
